New Book

Published the ebook and publishing the book tomorrow... For 'Echoes Of The Veil'

video.

So what's it about??

When a series of unnatural murders crop up across London—victims found with their souls seemingly "burned out"—Gideon Wraith is pulled into a conflict between ancient spirit courts beneath the city and a rising necromantic cult operating in the Home Counties. Worse, it seems someone is trying to raise The Dead Man—a ghost that once destroyed a monarchy. A story resonating with "The Dead Man" that will appeal to Urban Fantasy fans who loved "The Dresden Files". A gripping urban fantasy novel centered around London and the Home Counties.
The protagonist Gideon Wraith, a private investigator of the occult, former exorcist for a covert crown agency, MI13, that has been decommisioned. He can communicate with ghosts , drinks a lot of tea with hexes stirred in... He lives in a narrow boat on the Thames. Blending in dry British wit, gritty magical realism, and escalating mystical threats.

A great cerebral read for the summer.

Check in to your local Amazon Books Store and check it out.

Running Free

I have been following the posts recently on social media about Greyhound Racing in UK. It is quickly being phased out, as well as in Australia and other countries around the world.

This is great news for the breed.

As a fan, as well as a rescuer of several greyhounds over the years, I am in favour of this.

I wrote "Running Free" based on my love for these hounds and one in par : Rosie.

She was beautiful and had a wonderful nature. When I suffered my head injury, she was there as part of the family, when I returned home and was never far from my side. We loved that pooch so much and miss her to this day.

"Running Free" is dedicated to Rosie and all the ex-racers that have been rehomed and been given a second chance for true happiness.Running Free

Kissed a frog

They say "You have to kiss a lot of frogs before you meet your prince' well wait no longer... Meet Melvin.... #MelvinTheHairyFrog

Melvin is potentially going to be with us for a long time.

I have published just one of a few stories about this handsome chappy. The following one will make it's entrance in the coming weeks.

Please make sure you watch out for the new Melvin the hairy frog stories on Amazon. However, for the moment, there's still the original Frog Tale to read.

A stellar career ahead

Melvin the hairy frog is a character I created and i am extremely proud of... It has so much potential as well as the possibility of spinning many a yarn with Melvin involved as the central character.

In fact, I have 2 more written and ready to send to Paul, my son and designer, so that they are set in the best and most amable format.

If you have a copy of Melvin The Hairy Frog you will see what I mean about the design.

The pages aren't just there, they are formatted into lolly pads.

My aim is to have all the stories involving Melvin, inovatively presented.

What are your thoughts on this approach?

Did you enjoy Melvin's first adventure?

Do you have any ideas for an other Melvin story?

Obsessive, compulsive Reads... OCR

The telephone rang; Jessie’s mobile was whirring incessantly. She picked it up and looked at the screen, “Unknown Caller”.
She was hesitant to take the call as her unwanted caller had not ceased at their attempts to intimidate the young dentist. Plucking up the courage, she accepted the call and tentatively answered it, expecting the customary silence. ‘Hello’ she asked.
‘Hi Jessie, it’s me, Michael, Michael Miller’ the voice replied. ‘Michael, thank you for calling, what a relief, I thought it was going to be another intimidating silent call’, her voice desperate for reassurance and hungry for information.
‘As agreed, our geek squad, the I.T. investigators have tried to trace the call and it is coming from an unregistered mobile telephone and the calls are originating from the North-East of England’
Jessie immediately asked ‘Do you know who it is then?’
‘No, sorry it isn’t as easy as that Jessie’ Miller continued, however, there is a small link, Prisoner 3462666 resides in Frankland Prison in the North-East’....

This is a tiny extract from the novel 'Obsession of The Damned'
This is my last published book and follows on from Mental Dental (MBP) a thriller series which is still evolving.

Both books in the series are immaculately written with the intertwined sub plots, tones and mind boggling characters.
The stories are full of covert detection opportunities that will help you, the reader, try and second-guess what is building up.
However, it will not be easy to unpick the plot.

It's been well received and keenly read, however, please support this psychological thrillers by writing a review on Amazon.

Thanks in advance for your support folks.
