I'm leaving this post with a pic of a Gibraltarian friend of mine...
Barbary apes look sweet but can be quite fierce and nasty, especially when hungry. This particular fellow frequents the shop next door to where this bench is situated, steals crisps and other goodies, sits at the bench and eats them, daily... he still hasn't found the razors!!
